Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Corovus (operated by THIRTEENTH IDEA FZ-LLC). By using the platform you agree to them.

The service

Corovus provides AI agents that help you create marketing content, audit and optimise your website, research keywords, and publish articles to a CMS you connect. Outputs are AI-generated and provided on an as-is basis.

No guarantee of results

SEO and AI-search visibility depend on many factors outside our control. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, citations, or business outcomes. Estimates and scores are guidance, not promises.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for reviewing and approving any content before it is published, for the accuracy and legality of what you publish, and for maintaining the credentials you connect. You must have the right to publish to any CMS you link.

Credits & billing

Agent actions consume credits as shown before each action. Failed actions are refunded automatically. Billing terms are detailed at checkout, and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

Website hosting

A hosting plan keeps the websites and apps you put on it online, on our addresses or on your own domain, for the time you paid for. It is billed on its own, not from your credits.

What we host. Websites and apps made with Corovus, and websites you upload as files (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, images and the like). We do not run server-side code such as PHP, databases or WordPress.
Your domain. Your domain stays registered with your own provider, and you are responsible for renewing it and for its DNS records. We connect a domain only after its DNS shows that it is yours.
Availability. We aim to keep hosted websites online at all times but do not promise uninterrupted availability: maintenance and failures can take them offline for a while. Outages longer than 24 hours are covered by our Refund Policy.
Your copies. Keep your own copy of everything you upload. We do not promise backups, or to restore files that are lost.
When a plan ends. A month-to-month plan you cancel stays online until the end of the month you paid for. When a renewal payment fails, or a plan paid once reaches its end, its websites stay online for 7 more days so you can pay or renew; after that they go offline. Your files are kept, so you can renew or buy a plan again.
Content and takedowns. Everything you host must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. We may take a website offline at once, without notice, if it is used for phishing, malware, fraud or other illegal content, or if the law requires it, and keep it offline while we look into a complaint.

AI answers

Answers and content produced by AI can be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. Check anything important — especially medical, legal, financial or safety information — before you rely on it.

Calls and messages

You are responsible for what you send in Coro Stream and for having the right to share it. Our Community Guidelines apply to every message, call and meeting. You can block anyone, and report a message or a person from inside the app; we review reports and may remove content or suspend accounts that break these Terms.

Our mobile apps

If you downloaded one of our apps from an app store, these Terms are between you and THIRTEENTH IDEA FZ-LLC, not the app store operator, which is not responsible for the app or its content and has no obligation to support it. Your use of the app must also follow the rules of the store you got it from.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time in the apps or on the website. Deleting it stops your subscriptions and hosting plans from renewing; our Refund Policy says what is refunded. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms or the law, or that puts other people at risk.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Corovus is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.

Reputation & brand

Neither Corovus nor THIRTEENTH IDEA FZ-LLC is liable for any harm to your reputation, brand, goodwill, or business relationships arising from your use of the Service or from AI-generated content you choose to publish.

Financial losses

Corovus and THIRTEENTH IDEA FZ-LLC are not liable for any financial loss, lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, business interruption, or lost business opportunity arising from or related to your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such losses.

Resources & infrastructure

We are not liable for any loss of, or damage to, your data, computing resources, infrastructure, integrations, connected accounts, or third-party services, including from any failure, interruption, or downtime of the Service.

Abstract & non-abstract damages

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Corovus and THIRTEENTH IDEA FZ-LLC disclaim liability for all damages whether abstract or non-abstract — including direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, and punitive damages — arising from the Service or AI-generated outputs.

Losses & liability cap

Our total aggregate liability for any and all claims arising from the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to Corovus in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. The Corovus agent and THIRTEENTH IDEA FZ-LLC are not responsible for losses beyond this cap.
