Cookies are small text files stored on your device that help Corovus (operated by THIRTEENTH IDEA FZ-LLC) provide and improve the service. This page explains which cookies we use and the choices you have.
Essential cookies (always on)
Set by our authentication provider and our own platform to keep you signed in, protect against cross-site request forgery, route traffic reliably and remember your cookie choice. Our payment processor may also set cookies during checkout to prevent fraud. The service cannot work without these, so they cannot be switched off.
Functional cookies
Remember your preferences — theme (dark / light), language, currency display and similar settings — so the platform looks the same on your next visit. When you open our website from one of our mobile apps, a short-lived cookie also remembers that, so those pages load no advertising tags.
Invite codes
If you open a member's or partner's invite link, we keep its invite code in a cookie for up to 30 days, so the person who invited you is credited when you sign up. We store it only if you choose “Accept all”, or when you sign up with the code shown in our sign-up form. Only we read it, and it is used once, when your account is created.
Analytics cookies
We do not use analytics cookies. If we ever add them, we will ask for your permission first.
Advertising cookies
Our website loads tags from our advertising partners only if you choose “Accept all” in our cookie banner. These tags set cookies to measure how well our ads work and to show our ads to people who have visited our site. They share limited usage data (such as the pages you visit and your device information) with those partners, who may combine it with data they already hold about you, as described in their own privacy policies. If you reject them, or make no choice, they are not loaded. They never load inside our mobile apps, which show no advertising.
The advertising partners who receive this data are Meta, Google and LinkedIn.
Cookies these tags may set on our own domain, each kept for up to 90 days: _fbp, _fbc, _gcl_au, _gcl_aw, _gcl_dc, _gcl_gb, _gcl_gs, _gcl_ag, li_fat_id, li_giant. The partners also set cookies on their own domains.
If you choose “Accept all”, we also remember which ad or campaign link brought you to our site. We keep this in your browser for this tab only. If you book a demo, it is sent with your booking, so we know which campaign worked. It is deleted when you close the tab or withdraw your consent.
How we remember your choice
We save your choice in a cookie named __Host-corovus_consent for 6 months, then ask again. We also ask again if we start using a new kind of non-essential cookie. Your choice is stored only on your device, not on our servers.
Your choices
- Change your choice at any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of our website's pages, or in Preferences when you are signed in. If you withdraw your consent, the advertising tags stop loading and we delete the cookies they set on our domain. Cookies on the partners' own domains can be deleted in your browser settings.
- Opt out of personalised advertising in your ad-platform account settings on the networks you use.
- Block or delete cookies through your browser settings — most browsers let you block third-party cookies entirely. Note that blocking essential cookies may break sign-in and checkout.
Updates
We may update this policy as the service evolves. Significant changes will be announced on the platform.
